1. Agreement to Terms

By using Unforget, you agree to these terms of Unforget app provided by Buldiy Ltd. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years of age to create an account. By using the App, you affirm you meet this age requirement.

3. User-Generated Content (UGC)

Ownership: You retain ownership of the images and text you post. However, you grant Buldiy Ltd a worldwide, non-exclusive license to host and display this content to your designated friends within the App.

Safety & Prohibited Content: You may NOT post content that is illegal, pornographic, violent, hateful, or harassing.

Moderation: Buldiy Ltd reserves the right to remove any content or terminate any account that violates these standards. Users have access to Reporting and Blocking tools to maintain a safe environment.

4. Subscriptions & Payments

Pricing: The premium service costs €12.99/month or a yearly rate (12 months for the price of 10).

Billing: Payments are processed via the Apple App Store or Google Play Store. Subscriptions auto-renew unless canceled before the end of the current period.

Refunds: Refund requests must be directed to the respective App Store (Apple or Google).

5. Limitation of Liability

Unforget is provided "as is." Buldiy Ltd shall not be liable for any loss of data or damages resulting from the use of the App.

6. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Cyprus.
