Unforget ("the App"), owned by Buldiy Ltd ("we", "us", or "our"), based in Nicosia, Cyprus, is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect and use your data in compliance with the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

2. Data We Collect

Account Information: Name, email address, password, and a 6-digit PIN.

Media: With your explicit permission, we access your device’s Image Library to allow you to upload and share photos.

Communications: We store the text messages you send to "Friends" within the app to facilitate your conversations.

Age Verification: We process your birth date or confirmation that you are 13 years of age or older.

3. How We Use Your Data

We use your data strictly to provide the App’s services, including:

Authenticating your login.

Displaying your uploaded images to your friends.

Delivering messages between you and your connections.

Managing your paid subscription.

4. Data Sharing & Third Parties

We do not sell your personal data. We do not share your data with third-party advertisers or external apps. Data is stored securely on our servers solely for the functionality of Unforget.

5. Data Retention & Deletion

We retain your data as long as your account is active.

Account Deletion: You may delete your account at any time via the Settings menu in the App. Upon deletion, all your personal data, images, and messages will be permanently removed from our active databases within 30 days, except where retention is required by law.
